what we offer
Are you in serious pain?
Has your doctor prescribed pain medication, but you don't like the side effects?
Maybe we can help.
Pain experts agree. Hypnosis is a valid choice for pain relief. With a referral from you doctor, we can provide significant or even total pain relief in a single session.
Pain experts are less likely to consider hypnosis as "alternative" and more likely to consider it "appropriate."
It's wonderful when we can just take a pill and all our problems go away. Sadly, that doesn't work for everyone. Modern medicine can do some wonderful things. But it can't yet do everything.
You've heard it said, "we only use 10% of our minds". With our techniques, you can have access to more than 10%.
Your mind is a powerful tool you can use in your effort to remove pain. We work together to train your mind to achieve a "painfree" lifestyle.
Pain management, pain control, pain relief. If you've taken the traditional route, and it's not giving you the relief you want, get your doctor's referal, and let's see how far your mind can take you.
If you don't feel comfortable talking to your doctor about hypnosis, simply fill out and sign a medical referal form and we'll contact your doctor for you.

What the experts say
Can hypnosis be used for pain relief?
The nation's pain experts say "yes".
In the mid-1840's, Dr. James Esdaile chronicled how he had performed over two thousand painless minor operations using mesmerism while stationed in Hoogly, India.
Dr. Esdaile also performed 300 major surgeries and 19 amputations.
At the time, the post-operative mortality rate was over 50%. Using hypnosis, Dr. Esdaile removed the shock patients felt after surgery. As a result the mortality rate dropped to less than 8%.
You can read more about Dr. Esdaile's results in his report:
"Mesmerism in India, and its Practical Application in Surgery and Medicine"
The National Institute of Health reports:
"Hypnosis may help relieve pain for:
•After surgery or labor
•Irritable bowel syndrome
The Mayo Clinic reports:
"Hypnosis may be beneficial for pain associated with cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, temporomandibular joint problems, dental procedures and headaches."
"Research has shown medical hypnosis to be helpful for acute and chronic pain. In 1996, a panel of the National Institutes of Health found hypnosis to be effective in easing cancer pain. More recent studies have demonstrated its effectiveness for pain related to burns, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis and reduction of anxiety associated with surgery. An analysis of 18 studies by researchers at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York revealed moderate to large pain-relieving effects from hypnosis, supporting the effectiveness of hypnotic techniques for pain management."
