This will take place over six sessions. (see below for details)
The sessions are $40 per session or $150 for all six sessions.
Sessions run every Friday at 6 pm starting June 14th, through July 19th.
In these sessions, we will combine two very powerful weight loss processes.
We will take the world famous “Virtual Gastric Band” process and enhance it with “Entrainment”.
The Virtual Gastric Band process was created in England by a woman named Shelia Granger. Shelia created this process for her patients who were deemed “unsuitable” for the gastric band surgery. Her process had such powerful results, it was quickly adopted by hypnotists around the world, and has a 98% success rate.
I’ve been using this with great success for my clients for over a year now and I can report great results. Now we are going to enhance this with what we call “Entrainment”.
Entrainment is a process of creating new habits by applying so much pleasure to the new habit that you DEMAND to do the new habit. (e.g. exercise, or pushing away your plate when you’ve eaten enough.)—————————————————————————————————
Session one –
The Virtual Gastric Band process. You will walk out FEELING like your stomach is smaller. You will find yourself feeling full faster. Satisfied sooner. You don’t WANT to eat as much as you used to. You eat less but enjoy food even more.
Session two –
Entrainment for eating only enough to release your new, slimmer body.
Session three –
You become the expert on your body. The diet experts disagree with each other. Who’s right? Who’s wrong? Who cares? YOU become the expert on your body. You will also take on good habits, like exercise. You’ll exercise because you find yourself WANTING to exercise.
Session four –
Entrainment for exercise.
Session five –
Let go of emotional blocks to weight loss. You don’t have to know what those blocks are, yet. I’ve had clients tell me, “I thought my block was one thing, but when it came time to let go, I realized it was something else entirely.”
